The Long Road Home

"The Long Road Home," produced by Long Road Home Productions and White Cloud Media Group, follows Kenneth Anderlitch as he runs over 1,800 miles from Washington, D.C., to his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. His one goal is to raise awareness and funding for Families in Recovery, the first program to offer residential treatment where families can stay together while parents work toward long-term recovery.

 

Along his route, Ken meets with fellow survivors and we hear powerful stories from parents who faced the challenges of addiction and the pain of being separated from their children during treatment.

This film is about more than addiction—it’s about breaking down stigmas, sparking conversations, and supporting families as they heal.​
